In winter, we offer equipment rentals at nearby ski resorts, and convenient delivery to hotels in Otaru, ensuring you make the most of the winter season. Conveniently located in the Wing Bay Otaru shopping mall, directly connected to JR Otaru Chikko Station for easy access.

Notes:
- Returns of seasonal rental items can be made at the self-service return counter located at the entrance of our center outside of business hours and on closed days.
- The self-service return counter is available during the operating hours of Wing Bay Otaru Building No.1 (10:00–20:00).
- Returns of KIROCA are accepted only during our business hours.

The reservation deadline is 5 days before the start date of use.
To return the item, please return it to the hotel where you picked it up, Kiroro Satellite Information Desk in Otaru, or the delivery counter at Kiroro Snow World Mountain Center.
