Noh Cafe at Otaru City Public Hall, Open from July 30

“Noh-Café Otaru” is opening only for 15 days this summer at the Otaru City Public Hall, which is a beautiful historical Japanese architecture.
The cafe is offering limited sales of lunch sets during the daytime and evening sets at nighttime. Various kinds of drinks and desserts are also available.
Another highlight is the “Afternoon Tea Set,” which comes with some beautiful Sushi-balls, appetizers and some sweets, is limited to 5 groups per day.
Pre-bookings are required.
We accept the pre-order for at least 2 people and offering hours is 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Illumination will be planned during the nighttime to create a mystical atmosphere.

It is located approx. 15 min. walk from Otaru Station.
Otaru Public Hall is located at Otaru Park and approx. 15 min. walk from Otaru Station.
It is originally built as a place to stay for Emperor of Taisho era, it was later relocated to this location and a Noh stage was added.
There are also photographs and Noh masks inside from when the emperor visited.
